And The Underwear Obsession Continues...

Today Whitney was playing with one of her dolls and suddenly ran into her room. She came back with a pair of Joshua's underwear and proceeded to wrap it around the doll's legs. When she was done she brought the doll to me and proudly said, "potty." What a kid!

Savvy?

Last Thursday, Steve and I went on a movie date. That's right a new release movie date. A couple of months ago, we received an anonymous card in the mail with two movie tickets and ten bucks for babysitting. So we decided to go see Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest. The more and more I think of the movie, the more and more it cracks me up. I loved it! Johnny Depp's amazing--just hilarious. And there are so many quotable lines in it like Elizabeth Swann to Jack Sparrow:
Elizabeth: There will come a moment when you have the chance to do the right thing.
Jack Sparrow: I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by.
Anyways, everyone should go see it, but before you do, I would recommend re-watching the first one again. There are a ton of jokes that carry over.

So They Might Really Be Friends

(This picture was taken back in May) But yesterday Joshua and Whitney were laying on the floor and Joshua had Whitney's foot in his hand, and kept saying, "tickle feet." Then he started playing "This Little Piggy" with her toes and they were laughing so hard. It's so cute to see them play with each other.

Innocent Until Proven Guilty

A few months ago (right before church) we discovered some new "artwork" on our couch. The chosen medium was Sharpie. Which one of the two looks like the guilty party?

Our Little Fashion Model

Whitney loves dressing up. She's even started stealing Joshua's big boy underwear and trying to put it on herself.

Joshua's Our Big Boy Now

Hoorah! Last month Joshua finally got the whole potty training thing down. We're so proud of him. It only took a week and a half, but he sure put up a stink about it. But as soon as he figured it out, he loved being a "big boy." Way to go Joshua!

Welcome Everyone!

I'm so excited to start our blogspot! Hopefully this will be a place where friends and family will get to see what we're up to, and what's new in our lives!
